True Beauty.....?

I'm not promoting the Dove self esteem fund or anything, but this does kinda make you mad. I'm a little more okay for the first part - I mean, we all look better with our hair fixed. But by the time they get to the whole neck-stretching, cheekbone-raising, eyebrow-moving thing, I want to smack somebody!
